The only time that exists is now. The past is no longer here and future hasn’t yet arrived. Every moment is anew with unlimited possibilities and opportunities. The limits are imposed only by the attached to the past and wondering into the future mind. “Be here now” is a reminder that to fully align with infinite, limitless, peaceful and blissful life is to transcend the mind’s attachment to past and future and live and act with the most awareness in this moment “now”.

The only questions to ask: “Am I aware?” “What do I allow in my awareness now?”, “what I’d like to focus my mind on?”
